This Privacy Policy describes how Solmonno Media Sp. z o.o. ("the Publisher", "we", "us") processes personal data on the website solmonno.eu ("the Site"). This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection (Dz.U. 2018 poz. 1000 with amendments).

2. Data Collected
2.1 Contact Form Submissions
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- The content of your message
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to enquiries submitted by the user. Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt and then deleted unless an ongoing correspondence requires extended retention.
2.2 Server Logs
The web server automatically records standard access log data when you visit the Site, including:
- IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
- Date and time of access
- URL accessed
- HTTP status code
- Browser user agent string
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining server security and diagnosing technical errors. Logs are retained for 30 days.
2.3 Analytics
The Site uses basic web analytics to measure traffic volumes and identify popular content. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to identifiable individuals. Where cookies are used for analytics, these are functional/analytics cookies subject to your consent (see Section 3).

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Site to function. They cannot be disabled. They include session management and security-related cookies. No personal data is collected through strictly necessary cookies on this Site.
3.2 Analytics Cookies (requires consent)
If you accept cookies via the consent banner displayed on the homepage, the Site may set analytics cookies to measure page visits and user journeys. These cookies do not identify you personally. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or by using the reject option in the consent banner on a fresh session.
3.3 Local Storage

4. Third-Party Content

If we hold personal data relating to you, you have the right to:

- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorised access. The Site is served over HTTPS (TLS). Contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Material changes will be signalled by updating this date. Continued use of the Site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
